Working Together

  • Your journey starts with a complimentary 15-minute consultation. This brief call allows Julia to understand your specific health objectives and movement background, ensuring her specialized teaching style is the right fit for your needs.

  • During your first session, we go deeper. Julia will review your health and injury history and conduct a comprehensive movement assessment. This helps identify your baseline mobility, strength, and any specific areas that require focused attention.

  • For the most significant impact, Julia recommends meeting once or twice per week. Each session is uniquely tailored to your evolving goals, blending yoga, strength training, and mindfulness to help you build consistency and resilience.

  • To support your progress between sessions, Julia offers "movement snacks"—short videos or custom homework. These tools ensure that the benefits of your practice extend into your daily life, making movement a sustainable habit.
